- Minimum Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Practice. Level 5 Diploma in Applied Human Resources or Advanced Level (equivalent to Level 7) Award/Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent Employment Law qualification is desirable
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong Communicator – you'll be dealing with business owners and their teams across a wide portfolio of businesses (verbal, written and strong telephone communication skills)
- Able to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- ability to be flexible and to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances
- able to work independently, showing initiative and being self-motivated
- Highly organised with a high level of accuracy
- Focused on delivering results
