    • Manage and Lead the subcontractactivities within the Project Management team. The PSM will alsoensure that subcontract planning, tendering and administration isperformed efficiently, effectively and accordance with corporatepolicies and procedures.
    • Ensure inclusion ofHSE requirement in subcontractagreement.
    • Consult with project management andcoordinators on scope of work and other requirements pertaining toa specific subcontract.
    • Received and checkrequisition for subcontracts.
    • Develop Projectsubcontract plan.
    • Assist with the developmentand update of cost for forecast for input to Project Manager.
    • Should take the lead in dealing with changes /claim from the subcontractor.
