• Understand the overall projectscope of work to lead and guide the discipline productionengineering team to meet project fabrication deliverables in linewith fabrication sequence/ schedule. Eg: identify disciplineconstructability requirements, Issuance of approved workpack index,ensuring all deliverables (drawings & materials) areavailable to issue workpacks, workpack issue, assembly check listissue, change management like MOC/ SQS/ TQ/ VO, issue subconRFQ's/ SWO's etc.
• Managesdiscipline level project fabrication progress within schedule, andproductivity within targeted budget in coordination with projectOperations Engineer.
• Supports project OperationEngineer to manage inter/ intra – functional interfacesand project reporting requirements like AFC estimate review, subconcoordination, project status reporting, developing fabricationsequence, conduct constructability reviewsetc.
• Lead project constructability reviews on adiscipline level including resolution of construction problems withintra/ inter function interfaces. Eg: Out of Sequence installationof a valve due to delay indeliveries.
• Interface for discipline levelrequirements with key project personnel from various functions likeEngineering, SCM, Quality, HSE, Cost control, Marine Operations,hook up etc. to meet priorities and schedule dates for projectfabrication requirements. Eg: Attending expediting meeting tocommunicate material delivery priorities, reviewing, andcommunicating Marine deliverables requirement to meet fabricationplan/ sequence.
