• Recognize the benefitof DLOE programme and contribute to its growth assessing andevaluating the progress in a timely manner. 2. Develop, organize,maintain, conduct, and provide consultation on instructionalmaterials, activities, curricula, and assessment resources inaccordance with current pedagogical practices, cognitive/learningscience, and design tools and methods, across a variety ofmodalities. 3. Plan, organize, manage, deliver, and evaluatemultiple simultaneous training & professional developmentinitiatives, (i.e., new faculty orientation, faculty learningcommunities, etc.); develop agendas, schedule, and coordinate withvarious presenters, produce and send invitations, create anddisseminate evaluations. 4. Provides support to faculty, staff andothers for online proctoring applications such as Responds LockdownBrowser; basic learning tool integrations using externalpublishers, course packs, etc.; distance learning platformsincluding but not limited to the course management system(Blackboard), video-conferencing platforms for teaching andlearning. 5. Develop and lead the Faculty Ambassador program, withrepresentatives from the academic colleges coordinatingdiscipline-specific, professional development plans for teachers.6.

Maintain current knowledge and understanding of curriculum,support services, policies, laws and regulations pertaining to thefield and demonstrate commitment to professional development,including but not limited to activities such as:

participation inprofessional conferences, workshops, seminars, membership inprofessional organizations, research projects, publishing academicwork, participation in relevant committees or organizations, etc.7.

Engage in communication to support related business partnersincluding Faculty Recruitment and Hiring, Scheduling Forecastingand Planning, Adjunct Instructors, Academic Technology, LearningResources, and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.8.

Work closely with the Instructional Designers to develop anddisseminate standards for digital course design and delivery.

9.Reviews and updates support documentation and website that housessupport materials and training materials as well as to maintainup-to-date reference documents such as university catalogs andhandbooks.

10.

Perform other tasks and duties that may beoccasionally required in order to meet the requirements of the roleand the aims of the University.
