As Agent Customer Service in Kate Facility Management Qatar
Responsabilities:
- Customer Service (Receiving Call from Tenant) Solving Issues all Kate Properties 24
- Assigning work to technicians by using Rent Manager Software
- Reviewing issues (like pending)
- Provide detailed information on services to Properties Tenants
- Communicate to the client and to the maintenance team.
- Conduct site inspection of the tenants flats and rooms Move in and Move out
- Evaluated the cost infliction of maintenance and repair activity
- Resolved difficult tenant complains
- Supervised the maintenance and cleaning team and security
- Allocated manpower for daily task and schedule
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Only for Arabic male speakers
Have valid QID
Advanced level of Microsoft Office
Can work overtime on weekends and nights
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
