- Work with project manager, business stakeholders, and third-party application vendors in supporting large and complex Tier '1' application. Assist Technical Lead on CR/Enhancement
- Development and delivery.
- Responsible for monitoring production applications, identifying system issues, coordinating /developing corrective and preventive solutions in a timely, effective manner.
- Participate and facilitate in change release management processes.
- Work with external solution providers, documenting solution requirements and validating if the vendor solution meets business expectations. Qualifications About You
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualified in related disciplines such as Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Engineering, with at least 6+ years of software development and Minimum 3+ years in ERP retail.
- Technical experience required for the role
- Experience in designing and developing IT applications using Microsoft technologies, including X++, C#, , MVC, PL/SQL.
- Hands on experience in technical development of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, System Integration, database schema designing, stored procedures, functions and packages using PL/SQL is essential.
- Knowledge of airport retail, Warehouse operations business process and IT systems context will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in supporting large and complex Tier '1' application, including application change and release management processes.
- Experience in monitoring production applications, identifying system issues, developing corrective and preventive solutions in a timely, effective manner.
