Your Day to Day

As a Security Supervisor, you will ensure the overall safety and security of our guests, employees and property premises.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to patrolling, crowd control, CCTV inspection and monitoring, reporting, preparation of duty rosters, and implementation of safety and security-related policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for the investigation and reporting of violations to the law and hotel policies including accidents, incidents, complaints and any occurrences related to safety and security.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to lead a large and diverse team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask
