Preferred Qualifications:

• Management or supervisory experience
• International Contracts Management experience or or familiarity with Industrial Participation (IP), Offsets, and Localization
• Proposals and contract administration of both production and development contracts
• Experience handling a diverse portfolio of customers, including high-volume Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts and payment terms
• Demonstrated proficiency with customer negotiations
