• Manage and assist with thedelivery of projects and client relationships. There are a widerange of exciting projects that you will be able to get involvedin. Areas we focus on are sustainable finance, sustainabilitystrategy, net zero and decarbonisation, and ESG reporting anddisclosure. The focus for Qatar and this role will bedecarbonisation pathway and net zero strategy development, as wellas sustainability and ESG reporting and strategydevelopment.
• Lead on business development inQatar. Partner with clients to identify and diagnose their needsand have the ability to cross-sellservices.
• Create innovative commercial insightsfor clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational teamand cultural needs, and contribute to thoughtleadership.
• Actively contribute to improvingoperational efficiency on projects, consistently driving projectsto completion, making sure that at the work delivered is industryleading.
• Support the EMEA Leader forSustainability, Resilience and ESG to implement the growth strategyand align with the broader GHDbusiness.
• Support the EMEA Leader forSustainability, Resilience and ESG to implement themarketing/communications strategy for the GHD Sustainability,Resilience and ESG practice to strengthen the GHD brand andposition us as a leader in this field.
• Workingclosely with colleagues, you will create a positive learningculture and coach and mentor junior team members and help them todevelop.
• Collaborate with colleagues outside ofSustainability, Resilience & ESG to delivermulti-disciplinary and cross-geographicalwork.
• Support the GHD Sustainability,Resilience and ESG practice so that we meet GHD's overallobjectives in terms of financial performance, risk management andstrategic development, adhering to GHD's corevalues.
