- Supervising performance of the entire team and prepare output reports on a monthly basis.
- Escalate to relevant business units or business partners, special incidents (fraudulent or suspected cases).
- Manage departmental roster and assign shifts based on business demands.
- Visit providers/ insurance partners in the absence of medical manager and resolve any business issues/conflicts effectively.
- Conduct regular audits and random checks to ensure delivery timelines are met per SLA and to reduce the margin of errors during processes.
- Identify training requirements amongst team members and provide feedback to the department management.
- Increase of member retention level.
- Provide statistics for weekly / monthly performance reports for management s review and advice.
- Prepare roster arrangements and ensure shifts are allotted to team members fairly and recommend creative solutions to motivate team members
- Proactive approach, actions in resolving member ,group complaints and insurer complaints.
