- Demonstrates a commitment toprovide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs andexpectations of our discerning guests
- Bears afull and comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including alldepartments, services and outlets
- Ensurespersonalized service is offered to guests during theirstay
- Acts as the reference team member forguests during their stay and ensures that all requests from guestsare made possible or are followed up
- Maintainsa high level of communication and feedback within thedepartment
- Identifies and anticipate guestneeds
- Is continually proactive with in allareas of operation
- Abides with all policies andprocedures as stated in the Butler Services PolicyManual
- Reports for duty punctually & inaccordance to the issued departmentschedule
- Adheres at all times to the hotelgrooming and uniform standards
- Assists withluggage delivery and collection
- Provide Food& Beverage service in the Fairmont Gold lounge with theability to handle plate, hand carriedservice
- Prepares bar beverages and liquorpouring according to the guidelinesgiven
- Carries out general cleaning and checkingfor equipment in the Fairmont Gold Pantry
- Warmup rooms according to Fairmont housekeeping standards checking thatall room equipment are functioning
- Reportsguest complaints, requests and inquiries to Fairmont Gold Manageror Fairmont Gold Supervisor
- Reports any unusualoccurrences or requests to the Manager or AssistantManager
- Maintains the cleanliness andcoordinates maintenance work with engineering department of allFairmont Gold areas and equipment
- Demonstratesa commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed theneeds and expectations of our discerningguests
- Participates in the orientation,meeting, and training process of all colleagues assigned toFairmont Gold
