    • Abides with all policies andprocedures as stated in the Butler Services PolicyManual
    • Reports for duty punctually & inaccordance to the issued departmentschedule
    • Adheres at all times to the hotelgrooming and uniform standards
    • Assists withluggage delivery and collection
    • Provide Food& Beverage service in the Fairmont Gold lounge with theability to handle plate, hand carriedservice
    • Prepares bar beverages and liquorpouring according to the guidelinesgiven
    • Carries out general cleaning and checkingfor equipment in the Fairmont Gold Pantry
    • Warmup rooms according to Fairmont housekeeping standards checking thatall room equipment are functioning
    • Reportsguest complaints, requests and inquiries to Fairmont Gold Manageror Fairmont Gold Supervisor
    • Reports any unusualoccurrences or requests to the Manager or AssistantManager
    • Maintains the cleanliness andcoordinates maintenance work with engineering department of allFairmont Gold areas and equipment
    • Demonstratesa commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed theneeds and expectations of our discerningguests
    • Participates in the orientation,meeting, and training process of all colleagues assigned toFairmont Gold
