    • Act as the day to day operationalmanager for any design managers or other design management resourcedeployed to projects.
    • You will be responsiblefor leading the delivery of design management to deliver keystrategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directlyinfluencing strategic development.
    • You will bethe main point of contact for client design issues, ensuringrelationships are managed and maintained.

    You'll BeResponsible For

    • Develops delegated elements of annualbusiness plan outcomes to deadlines andbudget.
    • Leads and manages design resource forproject/s.
    • Manages daily operations forproject/s design resource /managers.
    • Leads andpresents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs)to project and sub-function leadership
    • Supportsbusiness development and work winningactivities.
    • Leads the identification,development, and delivery of relevanttraining.
    • Ensure management system is followedand whole project roles and responsibilities are adheredto.
    • Acts as focal point for design relatedmatters on project/s.
    • Recommends and initiateschange to project delivery plans, develops new design managementtools and operating processes.
    • Supports andinfluences procurement routes, contractual and legal aspects ofproject/s.
    • Contributes to the promotion oftechnical excellence, supportdialogue/communication.
    • Collaborates projectmanagement office (PMO) teams (as required) ensuring coordinateddeliverables.
    • Actively seeks out knowledge andexperience through Company reach back.
    • Activelyseeks understanding and utilise the centre of excellence (CoE)knowledge base.
    • Works collaboratively towardsthe common goal of net zero carbon transition, and shareresponsibility for the proactive identification and management ofthe associated carbon emissions and reductions during the deliveryof work.
