    QatarEnergy is a stateowned publiccorporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It isresponsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the Stateof Qatar. The principal activities of QatarEnergy its subsidiariesand joint ventures are the exploration production local andinternational sale of crude oil natural gas and gas liquids refinedproducts synthetic fuels petrochemicals fuel additives fertilizersliquefied natural gas (LNG) steel andaluminum.

    • Enhance the decision makingthrough data analysis using the latest analytical tools &methodologies by applying benchmarking KPIs metrics and goals inline with Operations business
    • Contribute to thestrategic performance management development for Eid ElSharggifield to evaluate the business performance by identifyingsystematic observations outcomes in order to provide the departmenton how to further improve business efficiency and profits throughreduced costs and increased revenues without affecting the safetyof personnel and asset integrity.

    JobRequirements:

    • Mature temperament andhigh integrity confidentiality anddiplomacy.
    • Must have excellent organizationskills to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment as wellas within tight deadlines
    • Relevant experience:Minimum of five years experience in Oil and Gas within a largeorganisation with relevant five years experience in performancemanagement.
    • Strong competence in analysingfinancial and other data including revenue expenditure and reportsetc.
    • Good communication skills (incl.influencing and persuading).
    • Must alsounderstand business metric performance and targetsetting.
    • Position involves undertaking researchdeveloping and presenting reports; hence it is important thathe/she must have great writing and verbal communication skills toeffectively and convey information and develop presentations formultiple levels of the organization.
    • It is alsoessential that he can work with large volumes of data applystatistical tools and models as well as undertake research todetect trends and isolate essential relevant information for sounddecision making.
    • Must have the research skills:to undertake research and collect data to identify future trendsbased on past performance. This is a major part of the positionsresponsibility and is essential for influencing business decisionmaking.
