Objectives of this role - Provide inputto ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals -Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategyin mind - Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as anemployer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potentialapplicants

• *Responsibilities** - Source applicantsthrough online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professionalnetworks - Create job descriptions and interview questions thatreflect the requirements for each position - Maintain records ofall materials used for recruitment, including interview notes andrelated paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• *Required skills and qualifications** - Two or three years ofexperience in a talent acquisition or similar role - Experience infull-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques andevaluation methods - Proficiency with social media, CV databases,and professional networks - Proficiency in documenting processesand keeping up with industry trends - Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
• *Preferred skills andqualifications** - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) inhuman resources management or similar field - Knowledge ofapplicant tracking systems
