    Here's some ofthe key roles you can look forward to: - Ensure Operationalsustainability activities are performed as per Group strategyplan.- Plan, carry out and follow-up on Quality and HSEinspections, other QHSE improvement projects, best practices asdirected by HSE Manager, EMEA.- Monitoring HSE legislationrequirements for its compliance in the country operations.- Up-datethe Factory Manager on new and upcoming National regulations thatcan influence on Hempel Quality & HSE Performance andmanagement systems.- Monitor, collect and analyze data on Quality& HSE activities and ensure all regulatory and Hempelinternal reports for Quality & HSE related activities areupdated and submit to the Factory Manager & HSE Manager,EMEA in time.- Investigate HSE incidents and report to the FactoryManager and HSE Manager, EMEA.- Organize and conduct HSE, Qualityand sustainability trainings for employees.- Coordinate with HSEManager, EMEA for developing and implementing Quality & HSEpolicies and procedures with Hempel Kuwait operations.- Conductinternal quality and HSE management systems audits to identifyworkplace hazards and risks and ensure compliance.- Maintainprofessional relationship with employees and other stakeholdersimpacting HSE performance, policies and procedures.- Organizesafety organization meetings, Quality & HSE managementreview meetings as per the management systems requirements.-Maintain professional relationship with employees and otherstakeholders impacting HSE performance, policies and procedures.

    You will directly report to the Factory Manager &functionally report to the Regional QHSE Manager. The role will bebased in Qatar. We're looking for an experiencedSustainability, Quality & HSE individual.

    You should alsohave the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree inchemical, Environment or industrial safety Engineering.
    • Minimum 3to 5 years' experience in similar position or relatedfield.
    • Sound knowledge on Quality & HSE Management systemsand relevant standards.
    • Prior paint manufacturing experience ispreferred.
    • Excellent in MS Office
    • Excel, Word and PowerPoint andERP systems.
    • Proficiency in both verbal and written (English)communication.
