The Role
CLIENT Linum Consult's client operates out of the Middle East.

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Manpower Planning Analyst to maintain the organisational structure of the company.

This role will be based in their Doha office. RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining positions and organisational structure records within HRIS - Reviewing the organisational structure changes and preparing summaries on the impacts of these changes - Supporting business units' annual manpower budget preparations - Providing manpower utilisation efficiency reports and analytics - Conducting job evaluations, and job & manpower utilisations within the organisation - Ensuring the most skilled people within the company are distributed correctly and efficiently
