- Reviewclient job requests and conduct initial analysis to scope the job(type of job, ship/equipment types, date, location, timerequirement
- Manage workload for surveyors andqualification conflicts, if any, and plan chargeable andnon-chargeable activities of surveyors
- Proposeassignment of surveyor to a given job based on multiple criteria(client preferences, travel constraints, surveyors'availability, etc)
- Manage planning confirmation throughthe use of relevant applications and software (MyChronos) formanagement and optimize resource planning
- Managepost-scheduling by taking care of re-scheduling and ensure fullaccuracy of scheduling data past-present-future (eg. duplicatejobs, missing data)
- Support client timely by answeringprocess related and technical queries
- Invoicing clientsand recovery of unpaid invoices
- Follow up supplierinvoices
- Advise and guidance to surveyors in their dailyadministrative, transactional needs
- Effective monitoringof jobs in accordance with KPIs and keeping track of all surveyrequests
- Co-ordination with other Admin teams(T&E and Invoicing) to ensure efficiency of the end-to-endprocess
- Undertake other adhoc projects as directed bythe
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience inoperations back office - technical experience is a plus
- Knowledge of quality systems and IT tools.
- Ability togain knowledge on technical back office-related topics.
