Under the generalguidance of the Director of Human Resources or any other authorisedby the management. The Hotel Nurse is Responsible for all theemployees' wellbeing and attend to guest needs onemergency situations together with security. Making sure that allthe employees are healthy and fit by not only post maintenance butalso with pre awareness activities. To assist in medicals and anymandatory certification/licensing required ensuring our employeesmeet municipality and trade requirements. How your day looks like?

• To be available for health counseling and guidancewhenever required.
• Attend to sick employees in the Hoteland accommodation Clinic and gives necessary medical advice andcounseling.
• Ensures that communication trail is observedat all times.
• Conduct hospital visits to admit employeeswhenever required.
• Ensures that employees diagnosed tohave communicable diseases are sent for strict isolation as soon aspossible.
• Act as a team leader during medicalemergencies.
• Checks the first aid boxes in the hotel andaccommodation and keep a log on a weekly basis.
• Providesupdate regarding health to all employees periodically and asnecessary.
• Attends to Qatar Municipality scheduledmedicals, in collaboration with Government Relations
• Ensures that all Qatar Municipality requirements and records areupdated in the HRMS tracking system
• Ensures that Foodhandlers' documents are up to date and distributed ontime.
• Ensures that Health Insurance's Additionand Deletion list is updated and coordinated.
• Maintainsa tract of all health insurance issues on file.
• Maintains an accident log in the clinic and ensures that it iscoordinated with the Loss Prevention Manager and the Director ofHuman Resources.
• Maintains strict confidentiality at alltimes.
• Confidential matters to be relayed only to theGeneral Manager and the Director of Human Resources.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in the Hotel Clinic.
• Prepares monthly inventory of clinic medicines andequipment's.
• Ensures ample clinic supplies areat hand and maintenance of equipment is done whenever required.
• Maintains daily log of consultations as well as updateson each patient's status whenever required.
• Furnishes a monthly report of consultations and sick leave forrecord purposes.
• Participates on all Health and Safetycampaign of the Hotel.
• Be aware of the Fire Safety andevacuation of the hotel.
• Ensures that required trainingsare attended according to the schedule.
