• As a Senior Consultant / Manageryou will participate in cross-functional internal and client teamsto develop and deliver strategic people and organizational changein challenging client environments and high-growthindustries,
• Help advise clients on strategicpeople-related matters and play a role in designing solutions thatcan help address complex people related issues, achieve sustainableresults and demonstrate realimpact.
• Collaborate with PwC colleaguesthroughout the client assignment and work as a strong team member,taking ownership of areas of the project with limited supervisionfrom senior team members.
• Assist in themanagement of junior team members during projects and activelymentor Consultants in the People and Organizationteam.
• Develop strengths across a range of HRconsulting topics, including, but not limited to, HRTransformation, Performance Management, Organization Design, ChangeManagement and PeopleAnalytics.
