    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the delivery ofthe Commercial management plan for Onshore Project.

    Responsible forproviding technical, commercial and functional direction related toall aspects of overall Claims Avoidance and Management, includingthe formulation and administration of strategies, associatedgovernance, claims register, internal position papers, Companyposition papers, health checks and case files, and coordinatingoverall project responses in relation to the EPC Contract (LNGFacilities).

    Work with Delay analysts to conduct delay analsysrequired to support Company positioning in terms of responsestrategies to potential or active claims as the case may be.

    Carryout Contract Entitlement Assessments and laise with Legal to ensurealignment on assessment outcome. Support the development ofPost
