DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Onboarding of new employees with induction and company orientation
- Developing a good rapport with staff and adapting to Employee relations.
- Monthly report on progress of employees discussing recommendations to management.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Following up on leave requests from ESS and registering for payroll
- Following up in employee documents for renewals and update on ERP system.
- Proper personnel filing of all documents and contracts.
- Producing yearly Settlements for employees.
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Handling all HR practices from onboarding to termination of employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- HR or related Degree
- 4 years of Experience in HR
- Recruitment Experience
- ERP or SAP Software Experience
- Labor Law
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
Salary:
QAR4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Recruitment: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- NOC/QID (required)
