SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE
Sales Executive is responsible for maximizing Rooms / F&B revenue, under the guidance of Sales & Marketing Manager. Proactively uncovering new prospects and maximizing conversion of business in line with the Hotel budgetary goals.

Representing Jouri a Murwab Hotel, promoting the quality image of the company at every opportunity, and uncovering additional leads for the property within the local area.


Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the S&M Manager and Revenue Manager, to achieve both personal revenue goals and the budgeted goals of the property.
  • Manage a predetermined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives.
  • Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively prospecting new accounts and following the sales process through to convert into 'producing' accounts.
  • Take personal responsibility to ensure standards are maintained and that the system is utilized to its full capacity.
  • Maintain uptodate activity and rate information for each account.
  • Attend any trade fairs as a representative of the Jouri a Murwab Hotel, ensuring that that the quality image of the organization is portrayed, and that every opportunity is taken to promote the Hotel.
  • Participate in the annual Sales planning process, and to take responsibility for the compilation of the competitor rate and product information, as indicated by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Communicating guest requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of superior guest service.
  • Compile and execute quarterly sales action plans as agreed with Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • To arrange and manage familiarization trips and educational to properties in line with business needs.
  • Participate in marketing strategies and take responsibility for agreed projects, such as direct marketing, production of sales collateral and advertising campaigns, in support of Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 sales calls per day, able to cover his/her account list every 3 months.
  • Initiate action plans for developing Key Prospects and new business opportunities
  • Profile and action leads which fall within the corporate market and develop action plans for achievement of room night and average rate goals.
  • Maintain and prepare individual sales calls reports.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR8,979.61 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English & Arabic (preferred)
