    Business Development Manager

    The Business Development Manager at Doha Gossip is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, a deep understanding of media and events, and the ability to create innovative business strategies to expand the company's market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Growth & Strategy:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business expansion goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging business prospects.
    • Develop innovative revenue streams, including branded content, sponsorships, and advertising solutions.

    Client & Partner Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertisers, event sponsors, and media agencies.
    • Negotiate and close deals that align with Doha Gossip's business goals.
    • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial campaigns and activations.
    • Develop sales pitches and proposals for potential clients.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify cross-promotional opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

    Brand & Market Positioning:

    • Enhance Doha Gossip's brand presence by identifying strategic PR and marketing opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track business development efforts, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on business growth.
    • Use analytics to measure the success of business development initiatives.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in media, events, or advertising).
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business relationships.
    • Experience in digital media, sponsorship sales, and content monetization is a plus.
    • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
