    The department has avery strong academic record both at GCSE and A Level and alsoprovides extra-curricular activities at all key stages.

    Enrichmentopportunities are a great asset to the teaching in thedepartment.

    The annual exhibition is a fantasticshowcase of the students' work as is the whole schoolproduction which showcases the arts.

    Thedepartment helps with the set design and construction for theSchool musical.


    We support and encourage theconcept of artist teachers and look for someone with a strongartistic practice to join the department, confidence in drawing andpainting is essential.
