Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, various aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our business.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Immediately available in Qatar with NOC
Salary:
QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month
