ob Description TheMechanical Foreman plays a key role in coordinating, supervising,and actively participating in the repair and servicing of vehiclesand equipment.

The individual in this position will be responsiblefor overseeing mechanical tasks, diagnosing malfunctions, andensuring the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.

Attend breakdown works on site and prepare daily breakdown reports.
Quickly and safely evaluate/troubleshoot worksite equipmentrepairs. Diagnose malfunctions and perform mechanical repairs onvarious vehicles and equipment. Supervise mechanical jobs andmachines' maintenance. Determine the priority of workorders and assign them to personnel. Assure the timely completionof work. Request spare parts as needed. Perform routine mechanicaljobs at the site. Update job cards and timesheets accurately.
Prepare daily service schedules and follow up on their execution.
Maintain all machines as per the weekly service chart. Servicemachines at regular intervals (250 hrs., 500 hrs., 1000 hrs., 2000hrs.). Check all machine safety devices regularly. Coordinate withthe workshop in charge. Skills and Competencies Knowledge to readand understand Process Diagrams, Drawings, Layouts, TechnicalDatasheets, and Operation Manuals. Understanding ofmaintenance/service manuals. Expertise in tools, equipment, andprocedures used in the general overhaul, repairs, and maintenanceof automotive equipment. Physically fit, able to climb over andinto heavy equipment several times per day. Willingness to travelextensively. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Teamplayer and a problem-solver. Ability to work under pressure. Meetschedules and timelines. Qualifications Relevant technicaleducation certificate. Minimum of 5 years' experience insimilar roles. Familiarity with technologies involved inelectrical, hydraulics, and fuel systems. Exposure to brightlights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes.
Knowledge of the principles of internal combustion engines.
