• Strengthens theCompany's anti-retaliation efforts by identifying andinvestigating retaliatory behaviors, and by reassuringinvestigative participants of anti-retaliationprotections
• Strengthens partnerships withEthics, Human Resources, Law, Quality, Safety, and allinvestigative partners through alignment and understanding of jointinvestigations
• Investigates a mix of lower riskand higher risk matters and evaluates compliance to policies,procedures, and regulations
• Prepares aninvestigative plan to spot issues, determine the investigativescope, as well as identify and employ needed resources (e.g.,budget requirement, special equipment, subject matter experts,computing forensics, etc.)
