• We are working with a Market leading Logistics company seeking a Senior professional working within their Qatar office.

• Work alongside the Managing partner and stake holders
• Achieve agreed milestones for the organisation
• Maintain and further develop company goals and objectives
• Introduction of upgraded business strategies and operational guidance.
• Development of a comprehensive resource plan paired with fiscal budgeting and forecasting
• Identify / Assess new opportunities for growth in present and prospective market
• Oversee all staff recruitment
• Responsible for internal individual career development and reward package planning
• Ensure company compliance with all pertinent regulations and legal requirements
• Create a comprehensive biannual company performance report for joint review with the Managing Partner.

• Experience working within the Logistics sector
• Proven experience in comprehensive business management and development
• Experience working within the Qatar market
• Arabic language (Advantageous, not essential)
• Bachelors Degree in Business or similar
