Ensure statistical reports and data (fromclinical risk key performance indicators, incident reports,sentinel events, claims, and complaints) are generated regularly tomonitor compliance with the clinical risk program.
Recommend / lead clinical risk-related audits to identify andaddress clinical risks and monitor compliance with relevantpolicies / standards, Recommend / lead performance improvementprojects / initiatives based on clinical risk data.
Identifypolicies, procedures, plans, guidelines, etc. required for theestablishment and implementation of the clinical risk managementprogram. Development of policies, procedures, plans, guidelines,etc. in line with international best practice, based onorganizational requirements / risk data. Coordinate theadministrative and operational activities within the department.Continuously liaise and collaborate with counterparts across thegroup in order to promote knowledge sharing and improvement. Adviseand train group staff on identifying and managing clinical risks toensure the safety, health, and well-being of patients.
