1) Manages all operations related to subcontracting and leads a team of contracting officers and administrative assistants in carrying out subcontracting work in support of operations management which includes a)Identify and select suitable sub-contractors and maintain a list of approved sub-contractors and a database of sub-contractors and each of them ranges.b) Securing sub-contractors for the project as required by the end users.c) Evaluate the performance of subcontractors and identify areas for improvement.2) Formulates policies and strategies for managing subcontracting operations in the most effective manner.3) Develops, cultivates and maintains a strategic relationship with subcontractors.
