    What We Expect:

    • We are acutting-edge web3 infrastructure scale-up project seeking a fewvery talented marketing specialists who are not just looking for ajob but want to be challenged to accomplish great things in anexciting venture.
    • We are the veterans of many successfulstartups and will put you on the accelerated learning curve towardyour future success.
    • This position requires a greatunderstanding of large-scale distributed computing and web3technologies, yet we are open to talented people with lessexperience in web3.

    You'll be immediately challenged to:

    • Stay up to date with the latest web3 developments
    • Have a naturalability to tell stories, taking complex information and convertingit into compelling narratives
    • Seize the initiative and gain thenecessary aptitude to thrive in what is expected to be the nextgeneration of the internet

    Responsibilities include:

    • Create engaging content by managing the production of exciting andshareable content, such as blog articles, social media posts,videos, and infographics
    • Help us maximize our reach andengagement using the latest growth hacking tools and techniques.
    • Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitorKPIs and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness

    Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred for thisposition; however, an exceptional portfolio of work may be asubstitute if a degree is not held.
    • Strong Web3, cryptoand NFT understanding is essential.
    • Be open to travelingperiodically to attend face-to-face team working weeks.
    • 3 plus years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising.
    • 1 plus year experience in project management.
    • Collaboration tooling proficiency (preferably Notion).
    • Experience running a structured marketing process at a growingtechnology company.
    • Strong communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to awide variety of audiences at differing levels.
    • Excellentanalytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Flexibility to work within UTC +/- 2 time zones. A bit more aboutour Multinational, High-Performance (and primarily remote)
