• Collaborate with the APAC Talent Acquisition team to handle recruitment processes in Vietnam.
• Coordinate with Global Learning & Development to execute in-house and public training.
• Assist the HR Manager in managing payroll information for processing with outsourced vendors.
• Implement Employee Engagement activities to increase engagement level across the organisation.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures effectively.
• Manage the administration of benefit programs including health, retirement, death, disability, unemployment, etc.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations including Ethics & Compliance.
