Job summary
- The hydraulic technician is responsible for inspecting,maintaining and troubleshooting components such as pumps motors valves cylinders accumulators and filters.Inspect maintain troubleshoot components such as pumps motors valves cylinders accumulators and filters.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on hydraulic systems.Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of hydraulic systems.Install new hydraulic system sand components.Monitor maintain hydraul icfluid levels quality including filtration fluid replacement.Remove install parts disassemble assemble compon ents test adjust assembliesProvide technical advice assistance to other members of engineering team as well as monitoring controlling quality of hydrauli csystems.Identify troubleshoot equipment malfunctions determine root causes problems.Utilize diagnostic tools equipment manuals in troubleshooting process.Maintain proper records consumables usage disposal update Equipment Controllers.Communicate exchange information on equip mentmaintenance repair data with relevant personnel.Complete related paperwork required complete job work order parts order etc accurately timely.Ensure full compliance safety goals objectives procedures achieving zero LTI.Perform housekeeping duties assigned supervisor manager Safety advisors accordance Company policies & procedures.Available during off-hours rescheduling technical assistance emergency response.Performs other duties may assigned foreman above.
