    KEY ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Motivate, discipline, directand supervise the work of all employees in the restaurant
    • Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a highdegree of staff professionalism · Manage day-to-dayoperations of the restaurant · Handle complaints andmake effective service recovery · Ensure standards arebeing followed in accordance with F&B policies andprocedures · Ensure all employees have full productknowledge · Regularly inspect food & beveragequality · Follow established and proper Accountingprocedures · Hold monthly one-to-one staff meetings toestablish and monitor targets and achievements, and updateperformance logs accordingly
    • Conduct daily roll playsand ensure employees adhere to grooming standards
    • Develop maintenance schedules · Liaise with stewardingon inventory and breakage control · Maintain daily logbook maintaining clear and concise information on the operations.· Establish guest database with preference records ofregular guests · Schedule employees to maintainHotel's service standards within budgeted labour costs· Assign responsibilities to subordinates and conductregular performance checks · Implement weekly cleaningschedules for operating equipment · Manage organizationand cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting weeklywalk-throughs with Hygiene Manager, Housekeeping and EngineeringDepartment · Control stock of all equipment in therestaurant
