Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and project requirements.
Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Conduct thorough reviews of proposal requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects are addressed.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions and valueadded propositions for clients.
Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Conduct risk assessments and address potential issues proactively in proposals.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and other documents related to proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform proposal strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the metals manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (written and verbal) is essential.
Strong understanding of metals manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and drawings.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality proposals that align with client expectations.
Experience with international clients or projects is a plus.
