• 10-15 years multi-disciplinaryexperience, of which at least 5-8 years should be in an oil& gas industry or major industrial structures in thepre-contract award activities, which includes but not limited topreparation/evaluation/negotiation of tenders/contracts forprojects with varying complexity anddiversity.

• Proficient in businesscorrespondence, contract verbiage, report writing with stronganalytical, negotiation and problem-solvingskills.

• Should be well experienced inreview of Scopes of Work/Services; arriving at suitable pricingstructure/ contract strategy for various type of works; know how tobreak down the scope of work activities into schedule of prices andprepare pricing preambles and notes onpricing.

• General understanding ofengineering, procurement, construction techniques EPCM &LSTK and maintenance / operation related services andpreparation/analysis of work executionprogrammes.

• Well versed in carryingout contracting in strict compliance avoiding conflict of interestand meeting with high standards of businessethics.

• Computer literate and able touse this knowledge for contract analysis, evaluation of statisticaldata both historical and projected.

•Experience in SAP transactions isdesirable

• Quality/HSE Focus and teamoriented.

• Possession of soundknowledge of Contracts Law is desirable
