Job description:

Al Shaher sports center is looking for a Part - time football coach/administrator for Little Kickers Qatar in Al Khor.

To run football sessions from the age of 18 months old until 6 years old in a high quality standard as per Little Kickers.

Initial classes of maximum 15 children. Initial classes will be on Saturdays and Tuesdays with the possibility of more working days.

• Football experience (professionally or as a hobby)
• Experience in communicating with families and young children
• Physically fit also have the ability to run classes with children for multiple hours
• A personal commitment to sustaining professional working practices in the workplace at all times including excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills
• To have the right attitude of coaching young children (from 18 months old until 6 years old)
• To be proactive and take initiative when needed
• Ability to work part of a team
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
• Experience with working with young children
• Have an understanding of following lesson plans depending on class needs
• Being able to distinguish different personalities in the children and being able to adapt.
• Experience with working with young children

(nurseries, tutoring, teacher assistant, summer camps etc)


Administration responsibilities:

• Communicating with families about the Little Kickers program, generating enrollment and interest
• Communicating with Little Kickers head office in Doha on a weekly basis
• Maintaining the quality of equipment e.g. making sure the equipment is cleaned biweekly, any items that are damaged to be reported to Little Kickers Doha office.

Coaching responsibilities:

• Complete Little kickers coaching certification course
• Follow little kickers lesson plan as per standard
• Engage with children and parents
• Manage your time for each session
• Run classes effectively and smoothly
• Set up each session within a timely manner
• Timely arrival at and setup of Little Kickers venue prior ro session conduct (at least 15 minutes prior to the first session)
• Ensure all all of the Little Kicker equipment is collected at the end of each session and stored in the designated area
• Professional and proactive coaching if all allocated Little Kickers session in accordance with the activities set out in the Little kickers session plans
• Timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer
• Reporting to and coordination with your employer to ensure the maintenance of high quality Little Kickers sessions at all times
• To be proactive and take initiative when needed

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 6 per week


Salary:
QAR QAR150.00 per hour

• Al-Khawr: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
