The Role


Requirements:


  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus. CFA certification is preferable. Other investment and asset management certification will be highly regarded years of proven experience of which at least 5 years as CIO or equivalent role with proven track record of outstanding performance in a complex enterprise.
  • Solid investment experience and understanding of the familyowned business functions and diverse business exposure.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a Plus.
  • Aptitude in decisionmaking and problemsolving.
