We are looking to hire a qualified IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • Project Initiation and Planning: define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and develop comprehensive project plans to guide team efforts towards achieving project goals on time and budget as per PMO framework, guidelines, and P&Ps.
  • Resource Coordination and Management: allocate and manage resources, including team members, budget, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project milestones and deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Execution and Implementation: lead project execution, coordinating team activities and managing tasks to adhere to the project plan, while implementing approved changes and adjustments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitoring, Control, and Reporting: continuously monitor project progress against plans, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary, and provide regular, detailed reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance and

Risk Management:

ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations through rigorous quality control processes through proactive identification, analysis, and management of project risks and issues.


  • Project Closure and Evaluation: conclude projects successfully by ensuring all contractual deliverables are met, conducting postproject evaluations to document lessons learned and releasing project resources, and formally closing out all project phases.
  • Prepare effective project plans and schedules to ensure consistency with agreed standards, specifications, and timeline provisions.
  • Train team members at various departments on the project management toolset.
  • Contribute to monitoring activities of assigned project team members, including any assigned thirdparty consultants.

Job Types:

Pay:
QAR16, QAR18,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project Management (Banking): 1 year (required)
  • IT
Project Manager: 3 years (required)


Language:


  • Arabic & English (required)

License/Certification:

  • Do you have Valid QID & NOC (required)
