Airswift is seeking for aHead of Reporting to work with our client based in Qatar.JobDescription Responsible for high quality reporting in content,actionable analysis, and readability for the Company OnshoreProject, through the coordination and processing of input data intoconcise, effective, and fit-for-purpose communications.
Responsiblefor generation of routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations foruse internally across broad range of audiences from the ProjectManagement Team (PMT) to Company management and JV Shareholders.
Key Accountabilities Implement the Projects Reporting Procedure andensure compliance. Maintain and refresh the procedure as needed toreflect best practices, lessons learned and enhancements.Overseeand manage a team of 2 Reporting lead spanning across both allScopes and drive uniform reporting with quality content, ensuringactionable and relevant analysis to inform the PMT and Management,distilling key messages from large data sets.
Prepare the Weeklyand Monthly reports for both project and ensure their accuracy interms of progress reporting and content, including technicalinformation typical for a major project.
Support the development ofreporting required for Shareholders and other stakeholders. Supportthe preparation of other key report requirements such as SeniorProject Manager weekly updates to the Chief Major Project Officer.Build and grow team capacity and capability to be ready to tackleemerging new requests in a timely fashion.
Able to work in a highlyvisible project environment with large capital expenditures andsignificant schedule execution pressures, as well as within adynamic team that has high expectations for flawless projectexecution in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance,requiring the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative and theability to multi-task as essential skills.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in any relevant fields. Knowledgeand/or experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in amajor project environment within the oil and gas industry, withexposure in business and contract management including projectexecution, project controls, cost, and schedule development, 3 years supervising multi-discipline and multi-culturalteams
