We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new 5-star luxury resort in Qatar in December, and we are looking for a dynamic and talented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
:

Guest Relations
:

Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

Reservations and Check-In
:

Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.

Concierge Services
:

Offer valuable recommendations and assistance for dining, entertainment, and local attractions to enhance guests' stay.

Problem Resolution
:

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, finding effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Communication
:

Maintain clear and open communication with all resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Administrative Tasks
:

Handle administrative tasks such as handling guest accounts, billing, and room assignments accurately.

Guest Feedback
:

Collect and analyze guest feedback to continually improve services and implement best practices.


Requirements
:

Previous Experience
:

experience in guest services, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Customer-Centric
:

A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.

Communication Skills
:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic languages is a plus.

Problem-Solving
:

Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.

Team Player
:

Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.

Tech-Savvy
:

Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability
:

Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start
before November 20th, 2023.
