• Direct communication with 3PL business and their stock inventory movement, monthly wastage, payment etc.
• Plan resources allocations within distribution Centre to maintain maximum efficient and cost effective operations in line with approved departmental operating budget. Setting up and execution of KPIs for improvement of operations as well staffs welfare.
• Ensuring team is performing in compliance with inbound, outbound, quality, damage/expiry procedures, with 100% order fulfilment rate, maintaining maximum stock accuracy. Initiating routine cycle counts and annual stock takes with support of Finance, Audit and IT departments.
• Liaising with Internal Depts. Commercial, Operation, Marketing, Maintenance, Project, Finance, Admin, HR and IT department for day to day operational issues.
• Preparing weekly / monthly / annual reports for senior management meeting, MIS, Presentation, reviewing team incentives, liaising with internal / external auditors for SOPs implementation, liaising with authorities for necessary approvals on physical disposals of stock.
• Lead ISO 22000-2018 Food Safety Management System within the dept. and ensuring proper control of maintain all the process & procedure.
