  • Design Built, Construction Supervision, Progress Monitoring, Material &Work Inspections.
  • Authority Design Approvals & Inspection Approvals (QCDD, Kahramaa, Ashghal and Ooredoo).
  • Testing & Commissioning, Project Close out (Warrantee manual Spare Parts, Training & As built drawings 
  • Facility Operation, Planned Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of MEP Systems.
  • Planning, Cost Estimation, Tendering & Procurement Processing. 
  • MEP Systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Fire suppression system, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, Drainage, BMS, Standby power supply, Fuel system & Rainwater Systems).
