Been in Food & Beverage industry for over 20 years. I'm passionate about food but more
importantly, passionate about all aspects of F&B management and business development.
In the past years, I have successfully established a profitable food outlet focusing on
products and services while maintaining cost leadership,
lately, I managed the F&B operation of Novo Cinemas in Qatar and Oman total of 9
theaters, and have been part of the opening team of 2 theaters in 2022 & 2023.
in addition, hands-on for more than 15 years of experience in opening new outlets, and
during the 20 years I went through most F&B concepts, such as fast food, cafes/Coffee,
casual dining, QSR, and fine dining.
My experience lately has been focused on F&B operations within the food market leaders
as an F&B manager. I have a strong experience in purchasing, customer service,
recruitment, leadership, training, budgeting as well as planning sales and in-depth
analysis. I’m constantly working to further my career aiming to direct F&B in a multicultural
organization.
HACCP certified, ISO22000 awareness, and during my career, I achieved two diplomas in
hospitality management and strategic management.
