 Maintain project schedule up to date in cooperation with Planning, technical and construction

 Close follow-up at all levels with all parties and stakeholders. head office, consultant, site
management, suppliers, subcontractors, construction team, site store and time keeper to ensure
every thing are going on as per plan and taking decisive action once required.

 Preparing key performance indicator (KPI) report to CEO.
