1. Sales and Marketing

• Handling complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Developing and providing systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals.
3. Customer / Vehicle File
• Maintaining the customer / Vehicle file, which is a reference record for the vehicle transactions throughout the sales process.
• Handling all documentation related to bank financing, insurance issuance, vehicle registration, traffic department requirement and all customer related documentations.
4. Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring showroom traffic, phone calls and demo drives done by the sales team
• Preparing the rotation schedules in the showroom and the events for the sales team
