1. Sales and Marketing
• supervising all sales and marketing activities in the showroom
• Achieving assigned showroom sales target, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Implement all marketing activities in the showroom in order to sustain market leadership and secure healthy growth rates.
• Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom in order and assist Sales Manager in issuing timely management and statistical reports.
• Analyzing market potential and sales territory
• Planning and carrying out prospecting activities for selected target groups by direct mailing, electronic mailing and outgoing calls. • Assist staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales

• Carrying out customer welcoming, sales negotiation and discussions, analyzing requirements and handling trade-in Used Motorbikes.
• Arranging and observing for handover of new Bikes with maximum customer satisfaction to make the process a positive and unique experience to the customer.
• Handling complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Developing and providing systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals.
3. Customer / Vehicle File
• Maintaining the customer / Vehicle file, which is a reference record for the vehicle transactions throughout the sales process.
• Handling all documentation related to bank financing, insurance issuance, vehicle registration, traffic department requirement and all customer related documentations.
4. Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring showroom traffic, phone calls and demo drives done by the sales team
• Preparing the rotation schedules in the showroom and the events for the sales team
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, or in performing services for customers • Gathering and updating the information about competitor’s products and comparing them with our products • Assisting the sales manager in placing orders for Motorcycles, Power Products, Lifestyle and Spare Parts
