 Bachelor in Marine Engineering professional Operations Management with extensive experience for ensuring that all Vessels and machinery are 100% available at all the time for commercial use with the compliance of SOLAS , PORT STATE, FLAG State regulations, also Health, Safety & Environment rules, regulations policies & standards with Operations Management experience (onshore / offshore) with Harbour Operations Tugs  , Forging going ships & Sea Dredgers experience .

• Consistently rated as well above standards on professional evaluations.  Demonstrated ability to assess threats and risks, respond proactively, and implement effective corrective measures. Strong ability to use coaching and mentoring strategies to assist organization in developing programs of action that address identified Health and Safety risks.
