•Strongly skilled in planning and implementing safe operation, maintenance, and resource utilization for occupant well-being.

•Commercially focused and highly experienced in dealing with relevant authorities in respect to technical issues and ensuring that facilities meet the government regulations and other contractual, safety and security standards

•Expert in handling and managing different types of emergencies like fire, medical, flood, earth quack, gas leakage and release, chemical spillage and suspension trauma, etc.

•Well-versed with best practices to carry out risk assessments and considering how risks could be mitigated for various operation, maintenance activities and events inside and outside the building.

•In-depth knowledge of international FM system, QHSE legislation like ILO, WB (World Bank), British Standard, OSHA, HASWA 2015, RIDDOR-2013, International Environmental protection Agency (EPA), ANSI, NFPA, International Building Codes 2021 and Security Management system.
