 Cloud Engineer April 2021-April 2022

We build servers based on the required specifications of our vendors/stakeholders using VMware or AWS Cloud services. Install or set up all the requirements (i.e., Nginx, sftp, passwordless access) to run their application. We perform and troubleshoot escalations based on the ticket and maintain servers to run smoothly and efficiently. We work closely with the project teams to effectively and efficiently deliver at the given SLA.

DevSecOps Engineer, Feb 2019 – April 2021

As devsecops engineer, we setup, manage, and monitor the up-time and down-time of cloud servers down from development up to the production environment. We support, troubleshoot, and monitor servers closely, as well as the company-owned applications, to make them highly available for the consumers and working efficiently at all times. We deploy application updates and new features using CI/CD tool Jenkins and keep servers running services like tomcat, nodejs, docker, etc., up to date to prevent any security breaches that may occur.

As infra staff, we build, deploy, and maintain Linux Servers such as applications services (nginx, tomcat). We perform scheduled game maintenance and perform initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalation of alerts according to routines and processes. Monitor all production servers using monitoring tools
