I am aiming at building a strong professional career by means of hard working and excellent quality fulfillment of all tasks that lead to the development and prosperity of my employer.
As for the practical experience, it was a mixture between work in the field of information technology, administrative work and personnel affairs. The largest period was for the administrative fields. I gained high and long experience in managing. as follow
First: I worked as a volunteer since the university period, which was two and a half years, during which I acquired the skills of administrative work, writing reports, managing meetings, managing the work team, and institutional work.
Second: I worked in the field of information technology after obtaining my master’s degree, which was also for about two years. During this period, I acquired additional skills related to the field of information technology, such as methods of maintaining ERP systems and training to work in them, and I acquired a new skill, which is methods of marketing and selling.
Third: Then I began my career in the administrative field and joined the scientific office of Eva pharma, Sudan branch, in 2013 as an administrative officer. This job was credited with establishing my administrative experience, then as a human resources officer, then as a human resources manager until today. At this stage, I gained new experiences about HR, Recruitment method, interviews, measuring employee performance, writing job performance reports, employee promotions, payroll and deductions, addressing employee problems, paying attention to and improving the work environment, raising the level of employees and training, in addition to understanding labor laws, calculating end of service and social insurance.
Fourth: Working as a HR manager at Bin Faris Spare Parts Company in the State of Qatar, for a year, gave me the opportunity to learn about the country’s labor laws and know the legal procedures related to employees, which was an additional experience for my career.
